The wire harness to the T-map sensor is a common issue on Polaris EFI machines. Over time, it may vibrate and cause wire breakage both internally and externally, making it difficult to diagnose. Our Polaris 2875542 and 2878494 harness repair kit offers a solution to this problem. Simply remove the old harness and use the provided butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail is designed to fit snugly to the T-map sensor and features a waterproof boot to protect the wires going into the plug. This kit is compatible with models using the Bosch 4-wire T-map sensors (2410422, 2411528, and 2411082).
