Place the brackets on top of the composite racks line up the holes over the spacers. Do this on each side there will be a right and left bracket. Secure the brackets to the composite rack with new flat head countersink bolts and lock nuts. Once rack is centered secure to the brackets in the threaded holes with the 5/16 bolts and washers. If the mounting holes in the brackets do not line up with the rack slots.
